Please note: Our shipping time does not account for production times which are 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, any issues during transit must be resolved through the shipping provider. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages so please ensure your delivery address is accurate and a safe, secure location to deliver to. 

With our candles made in glass containers, there is always a risk of damage during shipping. We try to package the candles in a way that protects them, but accidents can happen. If an item is broken when it arrives; please send a message to along with a picture of the damaged items. We will make a claim with the shipping provider. Once the claim has been submitted, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge. 

During hot months, wax can melt. We recommend sending to a location that has climate control (i.e. office or work place) or that you plan accordingly to collect your package when tracking information is received. We will not replace packages left outside during hot temperatures.
